March 7-8, 2020 TC America COTA Ticket Giveaway: How to Enter and Rules

If you're reading this, you may be interested in entering our Giveaway for three (3) tickets to the March 2020 TC America event at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas. That's great! Tickets are good for General Admission entry to COTA on Saturday, March 7th and Sunday, March 8th. For this Giveaway, two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive three (3) tickets.

EVENT
​Details about the March 7th-8th, 2020 TC America event at COTA can be found here or on the TC America website at TCAmerica.us. Prize is limited to General Admission tickets, as outlined above/below. Anything not listed is not included and should not be implied. e.g., For event tickets, transportation to and from the event and other fees are not included.

ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to those who are: (a) 18 years of age and (b) are legally able to work in the United States. No purchase is necessary.

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.

HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway will run from the time the Promotion Post is published by Boehm Racing's Instagram account to the end period identified in the Promotion Post, i.e., the Promotion Period.

To enter, visit the Boehm Racing Instagram page and leave a comment on the Promotion Post, per instructions listed in the Promotion Post. All entries must be submitted by 6pm ET on March 3rd, 2020.

Limit (1) entry in the Giveaway, per person during the Promotion Period. Entrant may only enter one time. If Entrant enters more than once in a Giveaway, only Entrant’s last eligible entry will be counted. 

Entry constitutes consent to participate in the Giveaway and for Boehm Racing to obtain, use, and transfer the entrant’s name, email address, Instagram account, and other details for Giveaway administration purposes. Boehm Racing will not be responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, or mutilated entries; technical or mechanical malfunctions; errors in the Official Rules, in any related ads or materials; or processing error. Bohem Racing can void the entry of any Entrant who it believes has attempted to tamper with or impair Giveaway administration, security, fairness, or proper play.

DRAWING
Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing on March 3rd, 2020, from all eligible Giveaway drawing entries received. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. ​Winners will be notified via Instagram. If a Prize winner is not eligible to win, if they are unable to be easily contacted via Instagram Direct Message, or if the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
